form3D is excited to announce a new partnership in additive manufacturing. We are delighted to welcome the Institute of Systems Engineering of the School of Engineering (HEI), HES-SO Valais-Wallis to our growing network of organisations advancing 3D printing education in Switzerland.

The Institute of Systems Engineering is a recognised centre of excellence for the integration of advanced technologies into industrial products and processes. With more than 90 researchers, the institute conducts applied research and development projects in close collaboration with SMEs and national and international industry partners across a wide range of sectors.

Additive manufacturing is a key focus within the institute's Systems Engineering bachelor program and research activities, with specific activities on Binder Jetting and Selective Laser Melting (SLM).

This combination of applied research, industrial expertise and educational excellence makes the Institute of Sysems Engineering a valuable partner for form3D. Together, we aim to strengthen additive manufacturing in Switzerland by promoting knowledge transfer, supporting industry collaboration and expanding opportunities for practical training and professional development.
